- Videos of full-length live chair yoga classes as well as short video vignettes that reinforce learning concepts.
- Written Assignment for each area of Study: Gentle Yoga and Senior-Chair Yoga.
- A final teachback class for each area of focus to ensure you have embraced the key concepts of the course and can provide a safe and effective Gentle Yoga mat class and a Chair Yoga class for Seniors.
