Yoga should be accessible to everyone. All of the classes I teach reflect that philosophy. The yoga training that I have taken concentrated on areas of challenge for students, in particular health issues, aging, and injuries. Taking my training to heart, I focus my yoga classes on increasing awareness in our bodies, modifications where needed, and some “lightness”– laughter and smiles are always encouraged.
