Good posture requires that your spine is in alignment and your muscles comfortably support its function and mobility. After sitting for hours, the spine can feel compressed and static. This class is dedicated to your Back! Enjoy the long stretches to release back tension, and then the reciprocating holds to strengthen your spine. -

Moving into tight spaces and releasing tension cannot be done in seconds. So, take some time to stretch, breathe and release those tight areas in our neck and shoulders. This class takes you into a full range of motion for your upper body so that you feel more flexible and energized! -
(30-min) Feeling the Heat with Sun Salutations
Moving the larger muscles of our bodies uses more energy and thus increases our metabolism. ANd when we are sitting at the desk, we are mostly using our smaller muscles and getting very little cardio-vascular benefit. Thus sequence is a great antidote for sitting. Enjoy the flow of the Sun Salutations that are easy enough for everyone, but challenging enough to help you break a sweat. -
