Course Description
This is an Introductory Workshop for Yoga Teachers who want to offer Gentle Yoga.
In your Gentle Yoga classes, you will most likely have students of all sizes, ages and Yoga experience. Some may be beginners, some may be injured, and some may just want a more gentler form of Yoga practice. We know that one size does not fit all, but when we find common ground with our students, we can then create a class that serves them and keeps everyone engaged and safe.
In this workshop, Justine and Sherry discuss some of the key things to be on the look out for when we are teaching a Gentle Yoga class. You will undoubtedly run into some of these issues and conditions. Our intention is to prepare you as best as we can to be knowledgeable on how to safely work with students in a group class setting. Let the learning begin!
