Justine Shelton is a Certified Yoga Therapist and the creator of the successful “Gentle Yoga for a Healthy Low Back” DVD, highly acclaimed by the Yoga Journal Magazine, and her “Gentle Yoga for the SI Joint” is one of the top selling Yoga DVDs. Co-Founder of the Yoga Vista Academy, she shares her knowledge, inner wisdom and humor in her Teacher Training Workshops and therapeutic Yoga classes.
Justine’s approach to Low Back Care is grounded in her own experience of having low back issues and her in-depth Viniyoga therapeutic training and her thousands of teaching and mentoring hours.
