She re-created one of the graphics that impressed her because it’s a blueprint for all of the areas that are related to our physical functioning and well-being.
It is a great visual for to remind us of all the areas we work on when we teach Yoga. Think of poses and sequences you do and which area of the Blueprint you are re-enforcing… then make sure your classes continue to address pieces and parts of the entire Blueprint. And it’s a great handout to give to our students for them to understand why keeping these areas healthy is important to Aging Well.
