BACKGROUND: SAYCO. An organization of yoga teachers, bringing the benefits of yoga to needy seniors at no costs. 3,000 free yoga classes delivered to hundreds of seniors at 21 venues including 4 blind centers, focusing on health benefits. Teachers trained via special certification to deal with age related issues. Scientists bring gerontology to the training world.
