Course Description

Includes Chair and Mat Yoga Sequences.

After this workshop you’ll understand:

Did you know Osteoarthritis often sets into the hands first? Why? Because those are the joints we use most often! Here are a few Finger and Hand movements (aka “Yoga snacks”!) to bring in circulation and provide pain relief to your stiff joints.

“In teaching my Seniors, I’m concerned about helping them-and myself-in a way that relieves their pain and stiffness in a safe way – and not aggravating their symptoms. Justine’s clear explanation of osteoporosis and need to hold positions to strengthen and in osteopenia and osteoarthritis, to use repetitive movements, was one of several important things I absorbed from her teachings. Thank you Justine!”

Justine, you are such a powerhouse of information and experience. I’m certain I could attend this workshop annually and ALWAYS learn so many new things. I love how you weave personal experiences into your teaching – it makes the learning so rich! Love how you use humor as you teach :)”
