I started taking this course right after I finished the Gentle Yoga for Low Back Care course. It was briefly touched upon, when we had the option of doing teach backs, and my mentor in my previous course talked about setting up for filming. Then COVID-19 happened, and this course really came into play. Zoom was not really a mentioned element and live streaming, and this was quickly incorporated into this class. Wow! Your course was just what I needed to get off the ground and get going. I’ve had a lot of feedback from other faculty that my videos look really good (comparatively of course) than those that are using their phones and computers and just going for it. It really did help.
