Nooj started practicing yoga in 2009, with the only intention to get away from the world of more work and less play, until realizing one day that yoga could be much more than just a getaway.  Nooj finished a 200-hour yoga-alliance-certified teacher training course in 2012 and has been teaching yoga since 2013.  A mother of one child, Nooj has been passionate about teaching both kids and seniors, who, she believes, should be encouraged to do yoga to reap its benefits as well.
