Laure Liverman

My background is in nursing. I never had a lot of confidence in my writing and words except for one on one with encounters with my patients. One of the other reasons this program was so important for me was that I’m finally realizing I don’t need that story any more. Like you, and most likely the majority of people YVA attracts, I’m super passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and experience more joy and vitality in their lives. In coming into teaching yoga to seniors at this time I feel truly aligned with my purpose and as such I have a profound feeling of gratitude towards this program!
