Lori earned her RYT 200 Teacher Training Certificate in 2021 as she was retiring from the local community college. In retirement, her ambition was to bring yoga to seniors and finding Sherry/Yoga Vista online helped to make that a fun reality. Lori enjoys sharing chair yoga with older adults and the sense of community each class brings. She also enjoys doing many outdoor activities in and around the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
