Rachel Seward

Hi there! My name is Rachel Seward. I am a proud Arizona Native who moved to Los Angeles in 2005 to be closer to my California family. I am energetic and enjoy dancing, exercising, and listening to all types of music. My journey with Movement to Music and the Yoga Vista Academy started as part of my exercise program and has blossomed into a rewarding and healthy part-time career. I am now an instructor at Solheim Senior Community in Eagle Rock and at Sunland Senior Center for the City of Los Angeles Parks and Recreation Department. I look for music and chair dance teach-backs to create new routines that inspire me and those in my classes.
