A Tutorial on How to Stretch the Piriformis Muscle

I spoke with a 20-something Yoga Teacher this week who told me she was teaching 5 “scripted” Hot Yoga classes every week. For 60 minutes, she guides a roomful of students through the same routine.
I thought about all the great questions that come up randomly while I am teaching my Chair and Gentle Yoga classes… and I am glad that I don’t have to worry about messing up my scripted class when I stop to answer a question and help educate my students.
Here is a question that came up in my Chair Yoga class last week. I bet you get this one alot too. Luckily in the video editing process I can overlay some anatomical images which reinforces the concepts even more.
