Born in Japan and raised in both Japan & Australia, I’ve had a colourful multicultural upbringing. Being influenced by my ‘always meditating’ mother, I was introduced to yoga at an early age. It has been a tremendous blessing to have yoga and meditation in my life, and I felt the need to deepen my knowledge which lead me to studying at The Soul of Yoga since 2014, where I completed my 200 hour Teacher training and I’m now studying in the advanced teacher training program. I am passionate about all different types of yoga asana, favourites being Yin Yoga and Vinyasa styles. Studying Chair yoga has expanded my horizons of yoga, which I am extremely excited to incorporate into my teaching profile!
