Amanda Littell-Clark

Amanda is a 200-hour YTT registered yoga teacher with a specialty in gentle yoga and certification in chair and senior yoga. She offers her students accessible yoga poses with options to tailor the practice to their unique bodies and needs. Classes include movement and poses to enhance mobility and strength, as well as a nurturing breath practice to create a foundation for mindfulness and meditation.
