Hello, my name is Ann Stager. I have lived in the Pocono’s in Pennsylvania nearly my whole life until March 2023, when I moved to Largo Florida. I have my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification that I received in May 2018. To me, Yoga is a way of life. I have worked in the Human Service Field my whole career and see the need for people to add exercise and positive mental health activities in their life. When I retire, I plan to be able to teach more classes, but for now, I will offer classes outside of my fulltime job. I love to share the benefits of yoga and building a community in order to live a happier and healthier life, both, physically and mentally.
