Annerie came to teaching because she loves sharing the yoga that has so enriched her own life with others. She has her Yoga Trainer Certificates in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra en Chair Yoga. Annerie strives to create a safe environment in her classes, where you can find your own balance between strength and softness. She feels that yoga should be accessible for everyone and every body. Her classes are focused on the breath and body awareness, and finding the pose that works for your body.
