When I developed fibromyalgia I decided to alter my way of teaching to be of service to those experiencing changes in their lives due to aging bodies or special health issues that require modification in their practice and poses. My passion lead me to learn more. I obtained my 500 hour cert, a POLY500, Yoga Nidra Guide cert. and am a certified Reiki Master/Energy Healer. It is my pleasure to serve those who need my help, and those who are battling things of their own. This amazing Back Care certification is another way I can change peoples lives and help bring yoga into their lives comfortably and with ease of breath. My life with Fibromyalgia and chronic pan have taught me that baby steps and doing what you can are the best ways to go through each day.
