Camille Cronfel

Originally from Canada, Camille lives in Elk Grove, Illinois with her husband and three children. She is a former school teacher, now a yoga teacher. Through several years of practice, she has come to appreciate the power of yoga to transform body and mind, both on and off the mat, and at any age. Camille currently teaches Chair Yoga three times a week, as well as hatha and vinyasa yoga classes. She obtained her 500 hour Yoga teacher certification in 2019 at Prairie Yoga in Lisle, Illinois, as well as her Yoga for Cancer Survivors teacher certification through Y4C in 2020.
