Carol Silver Elliott has spent her career as an executive in healthcare, focused on the care of older adults since 2007. Her passion for health led her to become a registered yoga teacher and her passion for elders led her to focus on chair yoga and chair yoga dance. Yoga is a gift we can share with everyone!
