Cecilia Magnell

I am a 200 hour teacher in viryayoga and have 150 hours of Yinyoga to. I went to a Swedish short chair yoga introduction last summer and started a class here in Trelleborg, southern Sweden. If I had not stumbled across Yoga Vista, there would probably not have been three classes with a demand for a fourth in the fall. I love this and the interaction you get with the students. It will be fun to accompany everyone here on this journey.
