Registered yoga teacher, (E-RYT 200), certified in classical hatha yoga and chair yoga. Passionate about making yoga more accessible for all who want to practice, regardless of age or limitations, so that everyone can experience the benefits that gentle yoga provides. Currently teaching personal instruction, private group sessions and gentle and chair yoga classes in senior communities throughout northern San Diego County.
