One day during my Radiant Health Yoga© Instructor training, a womenhow was visiting our class, mentioned the group of mostly 30-40 year olds, someone should teach a yoga class for people with arthritis, for there are no classes in town that meet our specific needs. As the oldest student in the teacher training class at the time (I was 60 years young) that planted the seed for a niche for me when I completed my training.
