Deborah Forsblom

Deborah is a retired elementary music educator who has embraced yoga teaching as her second career. She teaches Chair and Level 1 Hatha Yoga. She has had training in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and is starting her clinical hours for her Urban Zen Integrative Therapy certification. She LOVES setting up people in restorative poses. She and her husband enjoy traveling each year. This year, a trip to Scandinavia is being planned. She has two sons, Brad and Brock, who live in the NYC area.
