I have been teaching yoga since 2001 and feel yoga has offered a beautiful transformation in my life, and enjoy sharing this with others. My themed classes offer a unique fusion of alignment, anatomy, and strength while delving into the deeper meaning of Yoga. I continue to embrace life as my teacher.
