Retired teacher Elsa Riley, began practising yoga as a way to balance her life both as a runner and as a person living wholeheartedly in an aging body. Fast forward several years when her enjoyment of her yoga practise led her to teacher training with YogaFit Worldwide and Sherry Zak Morris of Yoga Vista Academy. A true yogi and forever a student; Elsa enjoys contributing as a teacher and growing as a student. She can be found teaching Chair Yoga and Gentle Yoga in Estero, Florida during the winter months and Chair Yoga in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia during the summer months.
