Fastie (pronounced Fast-Eye) received her yoga teacher certification in January of 2020 (200 RYT) from Cloud Nine Yoga on Kauai. Her desire to provide space for seniors to enjoy and benefit from yoga led to a dual Chair and Gentle Yoga certification from Yoga Vista Academy.
