Francy embraced yoga teaching after she retired from sales and marketing. She soon learned how satisfying and fun it is to teach Chair Yoga, either to Senior friends or to physically challenged individuals. She especially likes to offer poses and practices that align and strengthen the body and mind to cope better with the aging process.
