Heidi’s enthusiasm for yoga began in 1991. With 28 years of on-again-off-again personal practice at local gyms, she took the layoff from her sales job in 2011 as a sign – it was time to do something she loved. In 2012, trusting the universe, Heidi became an RYT-200 graduating from the yoga teacher training program at True Nature School of Yoga. Heidi Borsch completed an additional 300-hour program through the Soul of Yoga in 2014, earning the designation ERYT-200/RYT-500. Heidi also has completed a specialized 100-hour “Yoga of the Heart” cardiac and cancer certification, 50 hours of Restorative Yoga training, and 20 hours of Yin Yoga training. She uses these skills to fulfill her calling to help those living with cancer and their caregivers.
