I had one session in chair yoga during my 500 hr program at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis during a module on special populations. I work for a company called Yogadevotion that is based in Minnesota and our main chair yoga teacher (who I’ve subbed for a couple of times) recommended that I watch your YouTube videos as I’m starting a new chair yoga class this month in Indianapolis. I have found your youtube videos very, very helpful. And I’ve discovered that I just love working with older adults.
