Yoga was a way for Jane to deal with a pesky IT band while training for the 2000 Chicago Marathon. She flirted with yoga for the next several years before deciding to make it a permanent relationship. Jane completed a 200-hour teacher training with the Chicago Yoga Center in 2012. Jane specializes in Chair Yoga, and bringing yoga to people who would love to try it but are a bit intimidated to start.
