I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years. After retiring, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2014 and received my Chair Yoga Certificate in 2016. For the past few years, I’ve been teaching “Chair Yoga for Charity” each week at my church. I donate my time and the students pay for the class by bringing food that is given to the area food pantry. I encourage my students to listen to their bodies, do yoga with effort yet ease, and bring their yoga practice into their everyday lives.
