Hi I’m Kate, I’m 67 years old and an ‘Almost ‘retired hairstylist! My life’s achievements so far have been married to John for 44 years, Mum to our 2 fabulous Sons, Gran to our Precious Granddaughter and have had success with my Business. I took up the Yoga at 57 (never to late to start!) The benefits I’ve received from Yoga plus my love of working with the Senior community led me to study for and receive, my ‘Advanced Chair Yoga Teaching Certificate’ from the Yoga Vista Academy and the one and only best tutor ever, Sherry Zak Morris. I am thrilled to be embarking on this next phase of my life Teaching Chair Yoga to our Seniors and people with limited mobility. Namaste, Kate
