Starting yoga in 2012 at age 63 at my doctor’s suggestion, I immediately noticed results both mentally and physically and had test results to prove it. Then in 2013, at Angie’s strong encouragement, I took the YTT training though I had no intention of teaching. I fell in love with the philosophy. I’ve been teaching Chair Yoga at the YMCA over a year now. My motivation to teach, in addition to that’s the best way to learn, is to share any kind of alternative movement, support, teachings that I have learned so that others too may learn to avoid pitfalls and see the light a little better. I envy kids that take yoga.
