Kathleen was a Community Health Nurse for many years, after retirement she did her yoga teacher training. She moved to Canmore, Alberta, Canada a small town in the Rocky Mountains and began teaching Gentle floor yoga and chair yoga. She is a grandma to 4 beautiful little girls. She enjoys cycling, hiking and camping in the summer and in the winter downhill skiing and snow shoeing.
