Kim discovered yoga after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. She found it to be very healing during her recovery, and as an RN, she wanted to share yoga’s healing benefits, whether physical, emotional, or simply to manage the stress of a busy life. Kim’s classes are accessible to everyone. Her calm demeanor and balanced sequencing guide each of her students to be the best they can be, no matter where they are, and then discover what more is possible through a regular practice of yoga.
