Kristine Amey

Kristine teaches a weekly Chair Yoga class at her church. This group has been her inspiration and chair yoga has become a jewel in her teaching. Her students come with such interest, motivation, and willingness to try new things. They bless her each week and she is so grateful to each and everyone of them.
