I was born in SE Texas in 1946, and have been living in Iowa since 1978. I was a United Methodist pastor for over 30 years, until I retired in 2002. I completed RYT-200 training at Yoga Okoboji in 2015 and Chair Yoga Certification through Yoga Vista Academy in 2017. I am increasingly fascinated by the holistic nature of Yoga, uniting body, mind, and spirit, and look forward to teaching in churches, care centers, and wherever else I am led.
