Lisette Hay

Lisette is a former school teacher and founder of the San Diego-based volunteer outreach Roses for Our Senior Friends. She is a certified ACE Group Fitness and Chair Yoga Dance Instructor. She is excited to share her love of Chair Yoga Dance with her students! She has started a YouTube channel of Chair Yoga Dances called Dance Along Gal.
