I am a Yoga Instructor specializing in the 40+ population.  I teach Prime of Life Yoga TM which is a beautiful gentle Yoga practice with emphasis on adapting Yoga postures to meet your body’s needs and flexibility.  I am currently enrolled in the Yoga Therapy Program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. I am also a certified Chair Yoga Instructor with added training in Yoga for Arthritis.   I suffer with osteoarthritis myself and have dealt with chronic pain for many years.  Yoga enables us to better manage chronic pain and the emotional stressors  that accompany it. Teaching Yoga as therapy is my passion and the foundation of my teaching.
