I’m a qualified Vinyasa Flow, Chair Yoga and Kids/Teens Yoga teacher and am registered with Yoga Alliance. I have been practising yoga for many years and soon after qualifying with my 200 hr YTT, I felt I wanted to bring the benefits of Yoga to those who would find a Mat Yoga class too strenuous or impossible. I attended a Chair Yoga course in Ireland and spent time with Chair Yoga teachers at their classes and I’m very grateful for their time and passion as it fuelled me to learn more and it was then that I found Yoga Vista Academy’s Chair Yoga course. I am delighted now to hold a Chair Yoga certification from Yoga Vista Academy. The addition of this course has given me increased knowledge and confidence to bring Chair Yoga to different groups of students willing to practice Yoga albeit with limited movement. Yoga is for everyone!
