I volunteer as a Chair Yoga Instructor at my local Senior Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma. When I offered to lead a Yoga class, I had no idea it would lead me on an amazing journey into Chair Yoga. I am so grateful to have found Sherry Zak Morris and Yoga Vista. I have learned so much and my seniors have been graciously enthusiastic to learn along with me. It’s been such a joyful journey and I can’t wait take more classes and continue to grow.
