Lucy has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 7 years. Inspiration to pursue a Chair Yoga certification came from her chair yoga students who questioned, “Why Not?” . Chair yoga students are her most motivated and challenging. She continues her yoga education by attending classes, workshops, seminars and intensives whenever possible. Bringing the benefits of yoga to all who are interested at its most holistic level is her singular goal.
