I want to achieve through an affectionate practice, listening to the body. Move the body, move emotions, move sensations to the rhythm of each one, remembering that we are like the rose of the Little Prince, unique and irretrievable. Awakening the inner child that we all carry inside, with joy to live and turning on the flame that is at the bottom of the heart that sometimes needs an extra dose of love.
