I truly enjoy sharing what I have learned (and continue to learn) about the many aspects of yoga.  My hope is that instructing yoga classes helps guide people toward realizing their inner beauty, strength and limitless potential as human beings.  When this potential is realized they become open to share their light with others and that happens one step, one experience and one breath at a time.  Peace and Namaste.
