Mary Kay lives in Naperville, Illinois with her husband and their four cats. She discovered Yoga’s healing power 19 years ago during a very difficult time in her life, and has been practicing ever since. Mary Kay has a passion for sharing Yoga with Seniors, and those who are discovering Yoga later in life.
