Hello fellow Chair Yoga Dance teachers! My name is Mary Lou and I live in beautiful Northern California. Music and dance have brought me great pleasure in my life. I’ve wanted to teach a seniors’ exercise class after retirement. The Chair Yoga Dance is perfect in combining safe exercise with music. I’m looking forward to sharing my experiences with you!
