Practicing Hatha Yoga since 1992, I first earned my 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification in 2010 from Cloud Nine Yoga in Orange County, and enjoyed teaching Gentle Yoga in studios and various Senior centers and residences in O.C. I retired from my day job and moved to Vista in early 2016. I soon earned my Chair Yoga Certification through the Yoga Vista Academy and am passionate about teaching Chair Yoga at the Yoga Vista Studio in Vista, as well as to my neighbors in my mobile home park. We move every muscle and joint in our bodies safely and effectively, as we practice balance, strengthen our bones, increase flexibility in our joints and increase our stamina … all while having fun and learning to completely love and accept our bodies as we are in the present moment. My students inspire me in their courage, humor and perseverance. Life is Beautiful!
