I started my career as an exercise physiologist in human kinetics and geriatric therapy, working in stroke recovery and reduced mobility movement. In 1973 I started practicing Yoga, and then began teaching in 1979. I have been teaching Gentle and Restorative Yoga and Stretch Classes for the past 10 years.
